You are in control of your data. There are two routes, and both remove everything on our server that belongs to you, apart from the few items listed under "What we may keep" below.
Open MyOcto and go to Me → Account & help → Delete my account. Confirm, and the server erases your account, your licence, your published page and its photos, your address reservation, any reports about your page, and the record of which Terms you accepted. This cannot be undone.
Email privacy@technexusllc.com from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your MyOcto data. We will verify it is you and delete it.
Your client book — the people you serve and your notes about them — was never sent to us. It lives only on your phone. Uninstalling the app, or using your phone's own app-data delete, removes it.
Once paid plans exist, we may keep the minimum billing records the law requires (for tax and accounting), for only as long as the law requires. A few technical markers also outlast a deletion — a keyed record that you asked to be deleted, a fingerprint of any public page address you had, short logs, and backups for about two weeks — so that a later backup restore cannot silently undo your deletion. Our privacy policy lists these in full. None of them is your client book, which was never on our server.
